Judges vote support for a major California Water Pact

SACRAMENTO, California (AP)-a judge State appeals on Monday strongly defended the landmark agreement on how Southern California get its water, casting aside the argument that the Treaty should be deleted because the State basically write a blank check to save the dying Lakes.

Feuding over the Town Council of LA 1st Black President

Some people just can't be happy for others. Or, at least their actions make it appear that way.

In a blow to the Colorado Republicans that could affect the election results for the next decade, the district judge has ruled in favor of the democratic map redraws Congressional District lines.
